Last Updated: August 21, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Idaho Gun School website and related online services, including forms, registrations, purchases, scheduling tools, and communications made available through this website.
Throughout these Terms, “Idaho Gun School,” “IGS,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to IDAHO GUN SCHOOL, LLC, doing business as Idaho Gun School.
By accessing or using this website, submitting information through it, or registering for or purchasing a service through it, you agree to these Terms and any policies expressly incorporated into them.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website.
1. About Idaho Gun School

This website allows visitors to learn about Idaho Gun School, review available services, contact us, register for courses or services, make payments where available, and access general educational information.
Course offerings, instructors, schedules, locations, availability, pricing, and other service details may change from time to time.
2. Permitted Use of This Website
You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You may not:
Use the website in violation of applicable law;
Submit false, fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized information;
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, accounts, systems, servers, or data;
Introduce malicious code or intentionally interfere with the operation or security of the website;
Use automated systems to scrape, harvest, or extract website content or data except as permitted by law;
Reproduce or commercially exploit protected website content without authorization; or
Use the website in a manner that materially interferes with another person’s use of the website or causes harm to Idaho Gun School or its systems.
We may restrict or terminate access to the website when reasonably necessary to protect our systems, business, customers, or other users.
3. Informational and Educational Content
Information on this website is provided for general informational and educational purposes.
Although we make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and useful information, website content should not be treated as a substitute for individualized professional advice.
Firearms training, laws, regulations, licensing requirements, course standards, range requirements, and other circumstances may change after website content is published.
You are responsible for evaluating information in light of your individual circumstances and verifying information that is material to a decision you make.
4. No Legal Advice
Nothing on this website constitutes legal advice or creates an attorney-client relationship.
Firearms laws may vary by jurisdiction and may change over time. Laws concerning possession, transportation, storage, concealed carry, licensing, prohibited locations, use of force, self-defense, and permit recognition or reciprocity may differ between states and jurisdictions.
You are responsible for determining the laws applicable to your individual circumstances.
For legal advice, consult a qualified attorney or the appropriate governmental authority.
5. Course and Service Information
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe courses and services offered through this website.
Course descriptions are general descriptions and may not identify every subject, activity, requirement, or condition associated with participation.
Dates, times, locations, instructors, course content, prerequisites, equipment requirements, capacity, and other details may be updated as necessary.
When specific registration information or a written course confirmation differs from general website content, the more specific information provided for that course or service will control.
Availability shown on the website is not guaranteed until registration has been completed and accepted.
6. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
Cancellations, rescheduling requests, transfers, credits, and refunds are governed by the Idaho Gun School Cancellation & Refund Policy in effect at the time of registration.
By registering for or purchasing a course or service through this website, you agree to that policy.
Idaho Gun School may cancel, postpone, relocate, or reschedule a course or service when reasonably necessary due to weather, safety concerns, facility availability, instructor availability, insufficient enrollment, or other operational circumstances.
Please review the Cancellation & Refund Policy before completing your registration.
7. Registration and Payment
When registering for or purchasing a course or service, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Registration is not complete until all required registration information and payment have been received and the registration has been accepted.
All prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
We may correct obvious typographical, pricing, scheduling, or administrative errors.
If an incorrect price is displayed because of an obvious error, we may cancel the affected transaction and provide an appropriate refund rather than being required to provide the service at the erroneous price.
Payments may be processed through independent third-party payment processors. Your use of those services may also be subject to the processor’s terms and privacy practices.
8. Training Participation Agreements
These Terms govern website use and online transactions. They are not a substitute for the agreements governing participation in firearms training or other Idaho Gun School activities.
Registration or payment through this website does not replace any participant agreement, assumption-of-risk acknowledgment, release or waiver of liability, safety agreement, range agreement, medical authorization, or other documentation required for participation.
Participants may be required to review and execute additional agreements before participating in firearms training, live-fire activities, private instruction, coaching, events, or other Idaho Gun School programs.
Failure to complete required documentation may result in inability to participate.
Any course-specific participant agreement, safety policy, range requirement, or other participation agreement applies in addition to these website Terms and governs the matters specifically addressed by that agreement.
9. No Guarantee of License, Permit, Certification, or Result
Idaho Gun School does not issue government licenses or permits.
Registration for or completion of a course does not guarantee that a government agency or other organization will issue, renew, recognize, or continue any license, permit, certification, endorsement, or credential.
Eligibility and issuance decisions are controlled by the applicable issuing authority.
Idaho Gun School also does not guarantee any particular level of proficiency, performance, personal outcome, legal outcome, or other result from a course, service, or educational material.
10. Third-Party Websites and Services
This website may contain links to or integrations with websites and services operated by third parties.
These may include payment processors, scheduling systems, shooting ranges, government agencies, retailers, manufacturers, mapping services, social-media platforms, educational resources, or other providers.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms, policies, and practices.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Idaho Gun School does not own or control these third parties and is not responsible for their content, security, availability, products, services, policies, or practices.
The inclusion of a link or reference does not necessarily constitute an endorsement, partnership, or guarantee.
11. Affiliate and Commercial Relationships
Idaho Gun School may recommend or link to equipment, books, educational materials, products, services, retailers, ranges, instructors, or other third parties.
Some recommendations or links may involve affiliate, referral, sponsorship, or other commercial relationships through which Idaho Gun School may receive compensation.
Where disclosure is required, we will disclose the material relationship.
The existence of a commercial relationship does not change your responsibility to determine whether a product or service is appropriate for your needs.
12. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, this website and its original content are owned by or licensed to Idaho Gun School and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Protected materials may include:
The Idaho Gun School name and branding;
Logos and graphics;
Written website content;
Original photographs and videos;
Course descriptions;
Downloadable resources;
Educational materials; and
Other original content made available through the website.
You may access and use website content for personal, noncommercial informational purposes.
Except as permitted by applicable law or with our prior written authorization, you may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, modify, commercially exploit, or create derivative commercial works from protected Idaho Gun School content.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Idaho Gun School intellectual property to you.
13. Trademarks and Third-Party Intellectual Property
Names, trademarks, logos, photographs, products, or other materials belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
Reference to a third-party brand, product, organization, government agency, or service does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or approval unless expressly stated.
14. Information You Submit
You are responsible for the information you voluntarily provide through this website.
You represent that information submitted by you is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the legal right to provide it.
Please do not submit sensitive or confidential information through a general contact form unless specifically requested.
Personal information submitted through the website will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
15. Reviews, Testimonials, and Other Submitted Content
If you voluntarily submit a review, testimonial, photograph, comment, or other content for possible publication, Idaho Gun School may request permission to use that material for website, marketing, or promotional purposes.
Submission through a private customer-service channel does not, by itself, grant Idaho Gun School unrestricted permission to publicly use your name, likeness, photograph, or private communication for advertising.
Any separate permission or media release provided by you will be governed by its terms.
16. Electronic Communications
When you provide contact information in connection with an inquiry, registration, purchase, or other transaction, you authorize Idaho Gun School to contact you as reasonably necessary to respond to your request and administer that transaction or customer relationship.
This may include confirmations, scheduling information, reminders, changes, safety information, customer-service messages, and other transactional communications.
Consent to receive marketing communications will be obtained and managed separately where required by applicable law.
You may opt out of marketing communications using the opt-out method provided in those communications.
Opting out of marketing messages does not necessarily prevent us from sending nonmarketing communications reasonably necessary to administer an existing registration, transaction, or customer relationship.
17. Privacy
Our collection and handling of personal information through this website are described in the Idaho Gun School Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Please review the Privacy Policy before submitting personal information through the website.
18. Website Security and Availability
We use commercially reasonable measures intended to maintain the operation and security of our website and related systems.
However, no website, network, transmission, storage system, or third-party service can be guaranteed to be completely secure or continuously available.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website.
The website may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, third-party outages, security events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue any portion of the website when reasonably necessary.
19. Disclaimer of Website Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its general informational content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Idaho Gun School does not warrant that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or free from harmful components.
We do not warrant that general information appearing on the website will remain current indefinitely or be suitable for every person’s individual circumstances.
Nothing in this section excludes a warranty, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
20. Limitation of Liability for Website Use
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Idaho Gun School will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising solely from your use of, inability to use, or reasonable reliance upon this website or its general informational content.
This provision relates to website use.
It does not replace or determine the allocation of risk associated with participation in firearms training, live-fire activities, private instruction, coaching, events, or other Idaho Gun School programs. Those matters may be addressed by separate participant agreements and other applicable documents.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, waive, or limit liability where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
21. Errors and Technical Problems
Website errors, interruptions, transmission failures, software problems, or other technical issues may occasionally affect registrations, communications, payments, or information displayed online.
If we discover a material error affecting a transaction, we will make reasonable efforts to correct it and, where appropriate, contact the affected customer.
A website malfunction does not require either party to complete a transaction that clearly resulted from an obvious technical or administrative error.
22. Minors and Website Transactions
This website is not intended to allow a minor to independently enter into a transaction requiring adult consent where such consent is required by applicable law or Idaho Gun School policy.
Where a course or service permits participation by a minor, registration may require completion by or consent from a parent or legal guardian.
Additional participation agreements may also be required.
23. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable federal law controls.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict a party from enforcing rights in a court or forum where applicable law provides that right.
24. Severability
If a court or other authority with lawful jurisdiction determines that a provision of these Terms is invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the extent permitted by law where possible.
The remaining provisions will remain in effect.
25. No Waiver
A failure or delay by Idaho Gun School in exercising a contractual right does not necessarily waive that right.
Any waiver will apply only to the particular circumstance for which it is given unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by law.
26. Relationship of Website Policies and Other Agreements
These Terms should be read together with the policies and agreements applicable to the particular interaction or transaction.
Those documents may include the:
Privacy Policy;
Cancellation & Refund Policy;
Course-specific registration terms; and
Participant agreements or waivers required for training or other activities.
When another agreement specifically governs a subject not addressed by these website Terms, that more specific agreement controls that subject.
When there is an actual conflict between these Terms and a more specific written agreement applicable to a particular transaction or activity, the more specific agreement controls to the extent of that conflict.
27. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the website, our business practices, or applicable requirements.
The current version will be posted on this page with its effective or “Last Updated” date.
Changes apply prospectively from the effective date of the revised Terms unless applicable law requires otherwise.
A material change made after a customer has completed a paid registration will not retroactively replace agreed transaction terms merely because the website Terms were later updated.
